Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in my services.

Here are my terms and conditions:
1. Rate: Creative work including research and communication is calculated at $150/hr.
2. Approvals: There is one contact respected as the contact for any one project.  All communication regarding goals, edits, additions/subtractions will be conducted through this one contact.
3. Payment: 50% of estimate due to begin; balance on approval or 30 days from delivery. Non response to a draft for 14 days will be considered approval of draft and subject to payment.
4. Direction: After content is delivered, we can expect light back and forth to perfect the details. More than 4 rounds of revisions or revisions to approved directions will be billed at regular rate of $150/hr.
5. Expansion: Creative projects can change from their original brief as new ideas, requests or necessities appear.  If this happens, I will provide an estimate update to proceed in mutual agreement. 
6. Commitment: Chami Engel agrees to deliver each phase within 7-10 business days of receiving payment and all relevant resources and direction. Should client choose to cancel/freeze this project before production, Chami Engel will be compensated a minimum 50% of estimate up to 100% if complete pending final approval.
7. Copyright: In accordance with industry standards, full payment purchases full usage rights to final approved concepts. Unapproved ideas, names, recommendations, research, design and other work performed and shown along the way, remain the exclusive property of Chami Engel.
8. Credits: If productions will be used in print, video or online, credits should be given to Chami Engel unless otherwise agreed upon in advance of project. 
9. Changes: Any changes that you would like, must be done by me.
